Due to higher financing costs and over-accelerated price growth during the last 3 years, I see a normal balanced market with minimal if any short term price gains. Wages need some time to catch up. I also see interest rate going up another 0.5% in 2018. Do not expect a repeat of March 2017. Good marketing and homes priced right will sell in 3-4 weeks.

Below you will see the average selling price, by home type in Mississauga. One interesting point is that the number of condos sold actually outpaced detached home sales.
